Our payments are broken into clearly defined stages—discovery, design development, visualization, site execution, and handover. This ensures clarity and cash-flow alignment for both parties.
Yes. Once layouts and requirements are finalized, we provide a Compressed Clarity Quote (CCQ), which includes specs, features, and estimated costs in a transparent format.
Design fees are exclusive of GST. For turnkey projects, GST is included where applicable and transparently shown in our documentation.

Yes, for turnkey projects we manage the entire execution using our trusted teams for carpentry, electrical, plumbing, civil, and more.
Yes, we showcase select projects on our website and Instagram. Due to client privacy, site visits are not permitted post handover.
