Scope: Design, renovation and execution. This 2BHK residence in Powai was comprehensively renovated to improve functionality, visual consistency and everyday comfort. The project involved upgrading the bathrooms, flooring and wall finishes, refurbishing existing carpentry, and executing new customised furniture elements where required.

The scope also included false ceiling modifications, electrical upgrades, lighting, painting and detailed finishing work across the residence. Existing elements were retained and refurbished wherever practical, allowing the home to be modernised while maintaining control over the overall renovation budget.

The completed home combines practical storage, refreshed finishes and improved space utilisation, resulting in a clean, comfortable and functional interior tailored to the homeowners’ requirements.
